 I know what it feels like to be blindsided. Years ago, when I moved out on my own for the first time, I fell for an online phishing scam and lost $2,000 — nearly everything I had saved. That moment taught me how quickly one mistake can unravel your plans.

Since then, I’ve spent my career helping businesses avoid that same kind of pain. At 15, I started working as a cashier and busboy, learning what it meant to grind. By 25, I worked my way up to Starbucks Store Manager, leading one of the busiest stores in the New York City market and even earning Manager of the Quarter in 2019. I learned how to boost sales, optimize operations, and lead teams through chaos;

but I also saw how fragile businesses can be if they don’t protect their foundations. 

That’s what pulled me into IT and cybersecurity — helping companies strengthen their defenses the same way I once strengthened operations. Since then, I’ve earned industry certifications like CompTIA Security+ and Network+ and worked hands-on with over 100 small and mid-sized businesses to better understand what is truly needed in today's cyber world.
