You’re buying a one-time Cyber Clarity Report based on your answers.

It’s meant to give you awareness and direction — not a guarantee or compliance certification.

Reports are usually delivered within 24 hours.

Because each report is custom, sales are final, but if something’s off, we’ll fix it.

Use your report internally, but please don’t resell or publish it.

While we strive to provide accurate information and maintain security, we cannot guarantee completeness or safety — final responsibility for decisions rests with your business.

safehaus offers educational insights and recommendations but is not a substitute for professional security services or legal compliance audits.

1. Service Description

safehaus provides a personalized, one-time Cyber Clarity Report based on the answers you submit through our form.

The report is designed to raise awareness and give you clear, actionable direction.

It is not a penetration test, security guarantee, or legal compliance certification.

2. Delivery Timeline

Reports are usually delivered within 24 hours of form submission.

Delivery may take longer during weekends, holidays, or rare technical issues.

If delays occur, we’ll notify you promptly.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before delivery.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal.

Prices may change over time, but your purchase is locked at the price you see at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

Because each report is custom-built for your business, all sales are final. If something’s off in your report, we’ll work to correct it. Contact us at support@mysafehaus.com and we’ll work with you to resolve it as best possible.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your form submission.

safehaus is not responsible for inaccuracies in the report that result from incomplete or incorrect inputs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by safehaus—including the Cyber Clarity Report format, structure, and recommendations—is our intellectual property.

You may use your report internally for your business but may not resell, reproduce, or publicly distribute it without written permission from safehaus.

7. Limitation of Liability

safehaus provides services on an “as-is” basis for informational purposes only.

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or business impacts resulting from reliance on the report or recommendations.

Final responsibility for implementation and outcomes rests with your business.

Advisory-Only Recommendations

safehaus provides cybersecurity education, risk insights, and product or vendor suggestions for you to consider. These are advisory recommendations, not directives. You decide whether and how to act on them.

No Warranty, No Guarantee of Outcomes

All content and recommendations are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. safehaus does not guarantee prevention of cyber incidents, regulatory compliance, security certifications, or any particular business result.

Third-Party Products and Vendors

References to third-party products, services, MSPs, or vendors do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee. safehaus does not control third parties and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, pricing, performance, uptime, updates, security, or support. Your use of any third-party offering is governed solely by that provider’s terms and policies.

Your Responsibility to Validate and Implement

Security depends on your configuration, environment, staff practices, vendor choices, and ongoing maintenance. You are responsible for validating recommendations, assessing fit, testing in your environment, implementing controls, training personnel, and monitoring results. Where appropriate, consult qualified legal counsel and security professionals.

Assessment Limits

Our audit relies on information you provide and publicly available sources. It is a point-in-time and limited-scope assessment, not a penetration test, incident response, forensic investigation, or legal/compliance audit. Threats, vulnerabilities, and regulations change frequently, and results can become outdated.

No Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice

safehaus is not a law firm, accounting firm, or regulated advisory practice. Nothing here is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You should seek independent advice from qualified professionals on compliance, contracts, insurance, and risk.

AI and Data Limitations

Parts of our service use AI to summarize patterns and surface options. AI outputs can be incomplete or contain errors. You must verify critical details before acting.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, safehaus and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to the audit or any recommendations, even if advised of the possibility. Any direct liability, if found, is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to safehaus for the audit during the twelve months before the claim or USD $500. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where prohibited, those limits do not apply.

No Emergency Services

safehaus does not provide real-time monitoring, SOC services, or emergency incident response. If you suspect an active incident, contact your internal team, your MSP, and appropriate authorities.

Conflicts and Compensation

safehaus aims to remain vendor-neutral. If any referral could involve compensation or an affiliate relationship, we will disclose that. You are free to choose any vendor you prefer.

Not a Guarantee of Security

safehaus provides recommendations and resources but cannot guarantee immunity from cyber threats, breaches, or losses.

Informational Use Only

Reports, briefings, and webinars are for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance certification.

No Liability for Losses

safehaus is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from cyber incidents, data loss, or reliance on recommendations.

User Responsibility

Implementation of recommendations is the responsibility of the subscriber. safehaus provides guidance but does not perform hands-on remediation unless otherwise contracted.

Data Privacy

Personal and business data collected through audits are stored securely and used only to generate reports and provide subscription services. safehaus will not sell or misuse subscriber data.

Service Modifications

safehaus reserves the right to modify subscription offerings, pricing, or deliverables with reasonable notice to subscribers.

Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Refunds (if any) should be clearly outlined — e.g., “pro-rated refunds are not provided; access continues until the end of the billing cycle.”
